Progress client fails to launch with msgopen unable to find message file error:
msgOpen: unable to open message file: PROMSGS
CAUSE:
The DLC environment was set manually within the Windows system environment variables, thus overriding the installation's DLC registry setting.
FIX:
Remove the DLC environment variable from the Windows system environment variables, thus allowing promon to follow the installation's DLC registry setting.
