VMS -- PROPATH cant find files when dupicate name in dirpath
891207-dah07VMS and use of duplicate name in path: /usr/appl/appl/dlc
Prior to version 5.2F:
Avoid use of the above path construction, as it will lead to
PROPATH not being able to find files in directory specified. If the
above example were /usr/appl/dlc, PROPATH would find the files in
/usr/appl/dlc without a problem.
