CONFIG (configuration file/progress.cfg) has no information within it
CONFIG is empty
CAUSE:
The progress.cfg file has a size of 0
FIX:
You will need to perform a license update by re-entering serial number and control codes.
Go to the Windows Start button > Progress > Update license option and reenter the serial number an control code.
