Cannot start Fathom Replication
CAUSE:
Service pack 5 (or later) has not been properly installed.
FIX:
Re-apply the service pack 5 (or later) which is mandatory to have Replication running.
1) stop all Progress services (databases, AdminServer)
2) issue the OS command "slibclean", which will release the libraries from OS cache
3) apply the SP5 (or later) via executing "proinst"
