Using Squid Proxy Server
Webclient fails to load any files past prowcapc
CAUSE:
Proxy Server constraints found to limit the transmission of data by AIA and WebClient.
FIX:
Review your Proxy Server and Firewall settings to make sure you are allowing HTTP and HTTPS transmissions.
Make sure the ports specified for use by the AIA or AIA/S are open.
