Crystal Reports 8 support ends
FIX:
Crystal Reports® customers should be aware that version 8.0 will no longer be supported after June 30th, 2003. After June 30, 2003 interactive technical support for Crystal Reports version 8.0 will not be available for purchase and will not be provided beyond the expiration of current technical support contracts.
At Crystal Decisions, each version of our product is supported for a predetermined period of time (at least 30 months) from its release date, thereby establishing its Technical Support Lifecycle. These timelines enable you to better plan deployments and support needs.
In the next weeks, customers of Crystal Reports 8.0 will be notified by email about options to extend the power and functionality of your Crystal Reports deployment.
