Mkschema fails with error The procedure entry point ??_U@YAPAXI@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCRT.dll
CAUSE:
Wrong version of MSVCRT.dll is being used within your Windows OS
FIX:
Get and install proper version of MSVCRT.dll into your Windows (for example re-apply the latest OS service pack)
The conv89 utility has been completed successfully, but there is not SQL92 schema created within your v9 database. After fixing your .dll problem, re-rerun mkchema <dbname>.
