CHANGE:
Migrate from Version 8.3x to Version 8.3y
FIX:
Make sure you truncate the BI file prior to the Database Migration.
You should first run a Progress database backup, 'probkup' command, with the new version.
Be aware that restoring a 8.3x Progress database backup, with 8.3y 'prorest' command, is not part of Progress qualification tests.
