New webSpeed broker will not start
Other WebSpeed brokers on system startup fine
Error 704 is displayed in the server.log file
** There is no server active for database <database> on -H <hostname> -S <servicename>. (704)
CAUSE:
The database that the webspeed agents connects to has not been started
FIX:
Start the database and make sure to user -H <hostname> -S <servicename>.
