Open Interface Driver Did not Respond 381 ODBC connection
The following error(s) may show up when trying to connect to a
Progress ODBC data source.
ODBC-Call failed. [Microsoft][ODBC.DLL] Driver's SQLSETCONNECTIONOPTIO
failed. Progress ODBC Driver no capable. PROGRESS ODBC DRIVER
Open Interface Driver did not respond (381).
Driverdata source rejected establishment of connection.
This is caused by the fact that the /dlc/bin directory is not
in the PATH (opsys). When an attempt is made to connect to a
Progress Datasource and a local OID is used, the OID will be started.
If the /dlc/bin directory is not in the path, it cannot start.
This error can also be caused by not having enough resources or memory
in Windows. Close all applications not being used in WIndows and also
free up some more conventional memory.
