FIX:
There is no GUI tool on UNIX for configuring the ubroker.properties file. If you have a Windows system on the network with Progress installed you can connect to the AdminServer running on UNIX machine with the Progress Explorer tool. The Progress Explorer tool will allow you to configure the ubroker.properties file and conmgr.properties file.
