SYMPTOM(s):
When launching request in GET Method, instead of GET Netscape 4.6/4.7 tries to save the page.
Using the wsisa.dll
Only happens when end user is using Netscape Internet Browser
CAUSE:
Unknown if it is a Netscape issue or Progress wsisa.dll bug causing the problem.
FIX:
The fix is to use the cgiip.exe
