SYMPTOM(s):
Can not start the AdminServer.
Starting from command line shows ports in use.
Task Manager does not show the AdminServer running.
CHANGE:
Customer changed the IP address on the PC.
FIX:
Reboot the machine. Whenever you change the IP address the computer needs to be rebooted.
