Special characters are not printed correctly.
Extended characters are not printed correctly.
Output to a file outputs the correct character.
CAUSE:
The printer codepage is not compatible with the -cpstream codepage.
FIX:
Change the -cpstream to correspond with the printer codepage.

Change the printer codepage to correspond to the -cpstream.
- OR -
Use the CONVERT TARGET option in the OUTPUT TO PRINTER statement to change the -cpstream to the printer codepage.
