SonicMQ Adapter will not start.
Sonic Adapter will not start.
No error messages are displayed.
No error messages found within log files.
Using the AppServer Internet Adapter (AIA) to connect to the SonicMQ Adapter but the SonicMQ Adapter will not start.
CAUSE:
You have not created your AppServer Partition using the Service Parameter Maintenance Tool under ProTools.
FIX:
Create an AppServer Partition to connect to your Sonic Adapter.
1. Start the Progress AppBuilder.
2. Click on the "Service Parameter Maintenance" button on the ProTools toolbar.
3. Add a new Partition. The partition name should match what is defined within the AppServer broker settings. Enter a URL that points to the AIA instance, and specify the appropriate AppService name. e.g.:
4. After you have created the AppServer Partition it will have created a file called appsrvtt.d which must reside in your working directory.
