Progress service pack is not recognized as a valid Win32 executable.
OpenEdge license install media cannot be extracted
Attempting to extract a Progress service pack.
91Dxx.exe is not a valid Windows NT application.
OE102B_nt.exe is not a valid Win32 application

CAUSE:
1) The Progress install media has been corrupted on disk, or
2) The FTP download process did not complete successfully.
FIX:
Start the download process again and make sure it completes successfully.
