Migrated from Progress 8.3D to 9.1D.
installed Progress over the top of the previous installation without uninstall
CAUSE:
Progress version 9 was installed over the top of Progress version 8 in the same directory. Some r-code still existed from the version 8 install which was being executed before version 9 due to the same PROPATH setting.
FIX:
Install Progress into an empty directory not over the top of previous version of Progress.
