FIX:
Connect to the schema holder and then to the foreign database using the progress Data Administration window ( for Windows OS) or Data Dictionary (for UNIX OS), and follow the steps below:
1. Choose the DataServer menu > ORACLE Utilities > Schema Migration Tools > Bulk Inserts...
2. Choose the desired table by clicking on the table name (in Windows OS) and click OK. In UNIX, select the tables by pressing the enter key (the selected table will have an star before the table name) and then press F-1 key.
3. In the next screen, select the appropriate .d (table contents) file and click OK in Windows OS, or press tab key to get to OK and press enter in UNIX OS.
This will initiate and complete the bulk inserts of the data.
