Client sees 1890 error:
Broker could not spawn a server(1890)
-Ma set to a low value compared to the -n.
CAUSE:
-Ma might be set too low for the number of remote users. This means that the serve process has to keep more memory structures in memory, leading to a resource shortage.
FIX:
1. Check the swap space. It should be at least one and half times RAM, and if this message appears, setting it to 2 or 2 and a half times RAM would be worth trying.
2. Check the configuration of the database startup parameters.
