FACT(s) (Environment):

Progress/OpenEdge Product Family
CAUSE:
Control code is for the PSDN Subscription and not a product
FIX:
Enter the control of the product which you wish to install. The serial number for all the products in a PSDN Subscription is the same, only the control codes are different.
