FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
SYMPTOM(s):
Application will not print.
Ability to print using Microsoft Applications.
Other workstations have the ability to print using specified printer.
Network Printer.
Control Panel, Add printers wizard did not show desired printer in the list.
CAUSE:
Problem with the Printers configuration. Printer is not visible under Control Panel, Add Printers.
FIX:
Use the Microsoft Add Printer Wizard to add the desired printer to the workstations.
