Error starting a database server.
This version of PROGRESS does not support Multiple Semaphore Sets (-semsets). (6549)
CAUSE:
Only the Enterprise Database licence supports Multiple Semaphore Sets.
FIX:
You must upgrade to the Enterprise Database licence if you are willing to use the Multiple Semaphore Sets feature.
