CAUSE:
The encyclopaedia is corrupted.
FIX:
Stop the services and run acdefrag against the encyclopaedia:
1- stop services
2- backup the admin, object and request folders
3- start a command prompt and change to the server's home folder
4- type this command, which will defragment the encyclopaedia:
bin\acdefrag -all -home
