SYMPTOM(s):

Error 1069 Communicating with ProService

1069: The Service did not start due to a logon failure.

Using a specific user account to start ProService not the default LOCALSYSTEM account

CAUSE:

The username or password entered to start ProService are incorrect

FIX:

Make sure the Username and Password being used to start ProService are correct and valid on the server
