Problem uninstalling Progress
The UninstallShield starts but then stops after this error:
During uninstall process, the procfg.dll cannot be removed because it is in use or you will see "unable to remove file or directory it is in use".
CAUSE:
AdminService is still running and using the procfg.dll
FIX:
Stop the AdminService (via Control Panel - Services) set it to manual, reboot and then recommence the uninstall.
