Dynamics 2.0A: Changes made in the Dynamics Preferences are not being saved
Changing the option "Save per Session" to "Save Permanently" is not saved

FIX:
Changing the radio-set value for options:
"Browse records using a separate window for each record"
and
"Browse records using a single window for each record"
will cause 'OK' button to be enabled in the toolbar, therefore making
the save possible.
