ERROR Unable perform timer based download with SonicMQ FTP Bridge.
Messages are not downloaded in the morning until they reboot there machine
Has the fileDownloadFrequency attribute set to 5
FACT(s) (Environment):
SonicMQ Bridge 4.0 for FTP
All Supported Operating Systems
CAUSE:
Trying to do the download to often because the fileDownloadFrequency is measured in seconds but the documentation says it is measured in minutes
FIX:
increase the fileDownloadFrequency value to taken into account that it is measured in seconds not minutes
