_mprosrv hangs at database startup
Inoculate AntiVirus version:
5.0.6000.66
5.0.6000.3
Excluding the executables from being scanned by the Realtime monitor of the Anti-Virus software and to exclude the prosrvc.exe, _mprosrv.exe processes from being scanned in memory doesn't work.
CAUSE:
Inoculate AntiVirus scanner version 5.0.6000.66 5.0.6000.3 contains a bug causing the exclusion list to be ignored
FIX:
Upgrade to Inoculate:
5.0.6000.82
5.0.6000.102
