SYMPTOM(s):
Connection to remote Progress Database fails.
Error 'Unable to locate SHLWAPI.dll'.
CAUSE:
The Shlwapi.dll is missing from the WINNT\SYSTEM32 folder.
FIX:
Install a required version of Microsoft Internet Explorer for the Progress install. This will load the required dll. IE 5.0 and higher is recommended.
