GOAL:
Migrating a Progress Database to MS SQL Server Database via the MS SQL DataServer modifies the field/table names which contain a "-", and replaces it with a "_".
Is there a utility to reverse these changes when migrating an MS SQL Server back to Progress?

No. There is no such utility that will do so for you.
This must be done programmatically or manually.
