Fathom errors in the admserv.log file:
WARNING: Unable to read Fathom Registry key: \SOFTWARE\PSC\FATHOM\2.0A\9.1D\FATHOMINIT\FATHOMINIT
WARNING: There is no environment setting for FATHOMINIT
Defaulting to: .\fathom.init.params
Failed to read Fathom init file fathom.init.params
CAUSE:
Unsuccessful Fathom uninstall.
FIX:
Manually remove FATHOM keys from the registry and reinstall Progress.
