Broker could not spawn a server. (1157)
prowin32.exe consumed all the CPU-time and has to be killed with Task Manager

FIX:
1. Upgrade to 9.1D06
If upgrading is not possible apply the following workaround:
2. Deselect 'Use visual styles on windows and buttons property':
My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Performance -> Settings -> Visual
Effect -> Deselect the "The Use visual styles"
Classic Mode will become the Visual effect
