SYMPTOM(s):
Fix RECID <recid>, <file-name> already exists with <field value>. (1127)
Bulk load used to add records to the database.
The error is received when doing an idxbuild.
Unable to remove the table with the duplicate records.
CAUSE:
There are duplicate records on unique index keys.
FIX:
Recreate the database and do the bulk load again.
