Getting http error 500, no context when trying to connect to the Tomcat admin port of 8080.
Version 1.3.1_07 of JRE and JDK from SUN.
The version of Apache is 1.3.23.
The version of Tomcat is 4.1.18.
http://localhost:80 will bring up the home page of the web server.

CAUSE:
Downloaded the incorrect Tomcat file.
FIX:
Download and install jakarta-tomcat-4.1.18.tar.gz.
Verify with browser connection: http://localhost:8080
The Jakarta page will be displayed.
