SYMPTOM(s):
Service Pack Install Fail
The Progress Installation Utility could not find a product for the following entered data. Serial: <NUMBER>.
CAUSE:
Unzipped the file into the progress directory DLC.
FIX:
You must unzip the SP into a temporary directory and then run the installation of SP from the Temporary Directory.
Progress installation process does a recursive search under the target directory for running programs. Thus, if the temporary directory is created under the existing Progress DLC directory the Progress installation program will pick up it's own processes, thus causing this same warning message to occur.
