Getting error 319 when running sqlcpp
You cannot precompile SQL requests with this module. (319)
CAUSE:
To run, for example, sqlcpp $DLC/probuild/esqlc/esqldemo.cc, an ESQL/C licence is required.
FIX:
1. Ensure that there is an ESQL/C licence installed.
2. Ensure that your environment is set up correctly, e.g. check that the PROCFG variable is pointing to the correct progress.cfg.
