SYMPTOM(s):
can not shutdown database, no server present error message.
When using icon to run script there is no error message.
Log file shows that database is started multi user mode.
From a proevn did promon db-name and received no server for database error message.
When Script is run from the command line database is shutdown.
CAUSE:
Scripts and icon did not use universal naming convention.
FIX:
Must use universal naming convention in scripts and Icons.
