Cannot create index number 0. This index already exists. (4685)

This error appears when running 7.2E01 VMS with RMS Dataserver
while creating an RMS schema and importing RMS file definitions.
The error message is followed by:

%PROGRESS-F-BADEXIT, Abnormal termination has occured

The workaround is as follows (note these steps include
creating a new RMS schema):

1) PROG <dbname>
2) dict <F1>
3) DataServer->RMS Utilities->Create RMS DataServer Schema...
4) Enter RMS schema info <F1>
5) When the "Adding RMS Table Definitions" screen appears,
<F4> to exit this screen
6) Database->Select Working Database...
7) Select the RMS database you just added (the RMS database
does not actually have to be connected, just selected)
8) DataServer->RMS Utilities->Add New RMS Table Definition...
