SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot get passwd information for pscbld when unpacking service pack
# tar xvf 91D05.tar READMESP
UX:tar: INFO: blocksize = 20
READMESP, 52412 bytes, 103 tape blocks
UX:tar: WARNING: Cannot get passwd information for pscbld
UX:tar: WARNING: READMESP: owner not changed
CAUSE:
This is not an error, this is only warning from tar command saying, that user "pscbld" does not exist on your SCO/Caldera machine. The "pscbld" user is being used when building service pack on Progress internal build machines.
FIX:
There is no fix, since there is not a real error. Ignore these warnings and run the proinst (installation of Service pack) after untar gets finished.
