SYMPTOM(s):
Use Form statement.
Some letters are truncated when output to a text file.
Some spaces are added between fields when output to a text file.
CHANGE:
Progress codepage is changed from Chinese BIG-5 to Thai 620-2533.
CHANGE:
Windows default language is changed to Thai.
FIX:
Using STREAM-IO option with FORM statement should solve the format problem.
