FIX:
Progress installations can be effected by the OS patches.
Progress will behave improperly when the required OS patches are not installed. If OS patches that were not required by Progress or are more recient than those listed by Progress are believed to be affecting the behavior Progress software, then Progress Technical support should be contacted.
