SYMPTOM(s):
There is a hard coded path in the sdo files
The sdo can not be moved to another machine (i.e. from windows to unix)
The sdo is being saved to the root directory
CAUSE:
The root directory is normally added to the include file.
FIX:
An enhancement request has been entered to prevent the root directory from being included if the root directory is in the PROPATH.
