SYSTEM ERROR: Schema cache key, xref, or key field count incorrect. (996)
Error (996) happens when compiling the application.
DB just has the schema loaded, with no data.
CHANGE:
Migration from a Progress V8 DB to V9.
CAUSE:
There are indexes that do contain fields in it.
CAUSE:
Bug # 20020806-002 is causing the problem.
FIX:
Remove any index that does not contain fields in it.
