** Unable to open file: libc.2. Errno=2. (98)
CAUSE:
9.1C isn't supported on HP-UX 10.20. Certain required libraries are missing from that Operating System.
Errno 2 indicates "No such file or directory".
FIX:
Upgrade to supported configuration.
