Unable to start the database using ProControl
Cannot Find Lock (.lk) file. See EVENT VIEWER. (5780)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 8.x

CAUSE:
Invalid -S (port) parameter used.
The database could not start because it conflicted with another .lk file already existent for another database started on the same port.
FIX:
Use the correct -S parameter (port number) for that database
