Running prodb from a directory other than $DLC/bin.
PROGRESS database empty was not found. error: 293
CAUSE:
The DLC environment variable is not properly set and/or exported.
FIX:
Set and export the DLC environment variable properly. e.g.:
DLC=/apps/progress/dlc;export DLC
PATH=$DLC:$DLC/bin:$PATH;export PATH
