Bulk load aborted near "<file-name>" because of errors. (1507)
CAUSE:
Load of the metaschema tables including _user.d outside of data dictionary is not supported.
FIX:
Use data dictionary to load _user.d file by going to:
1. Admin
2. Load data and definition
3. User table contents
