AppServer will not start.
Can start and query the AdminServer and NameServer.
Broker log reports errors.
IOException reading message from server : java.io.EOFException: pipe to server broken (8117)
ERROR: cannot start server. (8100)
Ending serverPool thread: S-0006. (8077)
<brokerName> port <portNum> closed. (8065)
Unbinding RMI registry ... (8066)
CAUSE:
Missing HPUX patches PHSS_22543 + PHSS_22478.
Verify that these patches are not installed with the "swlist" command.
