Unable to run ping.p directly
Broker is up and running
CAUSE:
Debug mode is disabled for the broker
FIX:
Enable debug mode for the webspeed broker using one of the two ways shown below:
-choosing Enable for debug mode in agent properties from Progress Explorer

- add srvrDebug=Enable in ubroker.properties under [UBroker.WS.wsbroker1] for example.
