SYMPTOM(s):
Trying to create a new repository database through the Dynamics Configuration Utility tool
Running DCU
** Cannot find or open file <file-name>, errno = <number>. (43)
DLC environment variable not set
FACT(s) (Environment):
Dynamics 2.0A

CAUSE:
DCU needs DLC to be correctly set to complete it's tasks
FIX:
Set the DLC environment variable in the operating system
If that is undesirable, instead follow these steps to run the DCU from within a proenv session:
1) Start the proenv session by clicking on the icon in the Progress program group.
2) cd to the target directory in the shortcut for the DCU in the Dynamics program group.
3) Run the command that is in the shortcut for the DCU.
